Thank you for choosing The Experience Villas for your stay in Reunion Island. These rules are designed to ensure comfort, safety and serenity for everyone. By confirming your reservation, you fully accept these conditions.

🪷 1. STAY ORGANIZATION

1.1. Occupancy capacity: Each villa is designed for a maximum number of occupants defined at the time of booking. Exceeding this capacity is prohibited without prior agreement.

1.2. Arrivals & Departures : 

• • Check-in: From 3:00 PM.

  • Check-out : Jusqu’à 11h00.

  • Any time extension must be validated by the team. A late check-out may be offered subject to availability.

1.3. Accueil : L’accueil est personnalisé. Une pièce d’identité et une caution (empreinte CB) sont exigées à l’arrivée.

🌿 2. USE OF PREMISES AND RESPECT FOR PROPERTY

• 2.1. Furniture integrity: Guests commit to respecting the premises, artwork and decoration. Please do not move furniture or heavy equipment.

• 2.2. Tobacco: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villas. Ashtrays are available outdoors. Please do not throw cigarette butts in the gardens or pools.

• 2.3. Pets: For hygiene and comfort reasons, our animal friends are not permitted.

💧 3. SAFETY AND EQUIPMENT

• 3.1. Private pool :

• Swimming is under the exclusive responsibility of the occupants.
• Parental supervision is required: children must be accompanied.
• The use of glass (glasses, bottles) is strictly prohibited in the immediate vicinity of the pool.

3.2. Energy: Please close doors and windows when air conditioning is running and turn off appliances when you are away.

3.3. Kitchen: Appliances (oven, barbecue, coffee machine) must be cleaned after each use.

3.4. Fire risks: The use of open flames (candles, incense, fireworks) is strictly prohibited.

🧺  4. SERVICES AND MAINTENANCE

• 4.1. Household linen: High-end linen (sheets, towels, bathrobes) is provided.

• 4.2. Departure condition: End-of-stay cleaning is included, however the accommodation must be returned in a reasonably clean condition. Any excessive cleaning will be charged.

• 4.3. Waste management: Please respect selective sorting and deposit bags at the collection points indicated in the welcome booklet.

💫 5. COMMUNITY LIVING AND TRANQUILITY

• 5.1. Noise disturbances: The villas are located in a quiet residential environment. Noise (loud music, parties) is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Any violation may result in immediate eviction without refund.

• 5.2. Visitors: Unregistered persons are not allowed to stay overnight. Receptions or professional shoots are subject to written authorization.

🌺 6. ECO-RESPONSIBLE COMMITMENT

We invite you to adopt simple gestures to preserve our island:

• Turn off unnecessary lights.
• Limit water consumption.
• Respect the local fauna and flora of the garden.

🧾 7. LIABILITY AND DEPOSIT

Liability: The establishment declines all responsibility in case of theft, loss of personal belongings or accidents occurring on the property.

Deposit: The bank pre-authorization will be released within 5 business days after departure, provided no damage is found.

Damage: Any missing or broken item will be charged at its replacement value.
