Yes, we require a minimum of 2 nights for any reservation at our villas.

Yes, a security deposit is requested upon arrival (bank pre-authorization). It is not charged and is released after your departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.

Reservations can be made directly by email, phone, or through our partner platforms (Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.). On the direct booking platform:

• Reservation more than 30 days before arrival: The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 20% of the total stay amount.

• Reservation between 30 days and 7 days before arrival: The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 50% of the total stay amount.

• Reservation less than 7 days before arrival: Payment of 100% of the total amount is required to guarantee the reservation.

Bank transfer and credit card only, no cash.

Each villa has a private unsupervised pool, equipped with a safety system compliant with current regulations. However, parental supervision is imperative: children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Your stay includes the following services:

Yes, children are welcome. We can provide baby beds upon request (subject to availability at the time of reservation).

Absolutely. Each villa has 2 to 3 private free parking spaces on the property.

Out of respect for hygiene and the comfort of all our guests, animals are not permitted in the establishment.

The villas are ideally located in Petite-Île, in the heart of the Wild South of Reunion Island, in close proximity to Saint-Pierre and the most beautiful natural sites of the island.
