Preamble: These general terms and conditions of sale govern all reservations made with SCI DEVI 2020, operating under the name The Experience, for its villas located in La Réunion.

Article – Cancellation Terms
All cancellations must be notified in writing (email). The refund conditions are as follows:

Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival: Full refund of the deposit.
Cancellation between 30 and 7 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit is retained by the establishment.
Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival: No refund will be made, the full stay amount is due.
